Booking Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, you agree to the following: 

· The learner MUST carry their licence and present it to the instructor when requested

· The learner must declare if their licence is suspended for any reason

· The learner MUST NOT be under the influence of any drug or alcohol during their lesson 

· The learner agrees to be at the designated pickup point at the agreed lesson time 

· Payment can be made via bank transfer (funds must be cleared before lesson), cash or eftpos on the day

CANCELLATIONS and FEES: 

· 5 hours notice is required for cancellations

· If the applicable notice is not received, there will be a $30.00 late cancellation fee. This will need to be paid prior to booking another lesson 

· If a learner cancels more than 3 times, all lessons will be required to be prepaid 

· If a learner does not show up and no notice has been given, all further lessons will be required to be prepaid and a $30.00 NO SHOW fee will be applied

· In the event of an accident, the learner, or their parent/guardian must pay the insurance excess, or cost to repair the vehicle

· If the car is damaged during a lesson, the learner, or their parent/guardian must pay the insurance excess, or cost to repair the vehicle
