By making a booking, you agree to the following: 

By making a booking with the driving school, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• The learner must carry a valid driver’s licence at all times and present it to the instructor upon request.
   
• The learner must declare if their licence is suspended, cancelled, or restricted for any reason.
   
• The learner must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to drive safely during a lesson.
   
• The learner agrees to be at the designated pickup location at the agreed lesson time.
   
• Lessons begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival by the learner may result in a shortened lesson without refund.
   

• Payment may be made via bank transfer, cash, or EFTPOS on the day of the lesson.
   
• Any outstanding fees must be paid before additional lessons can be booked.

• All learners must respond to the lesson confirmation text message sent the evening prior to the lesson by 9:00 pm.
   
• If a learner fails to confirm by 9:00 pm, the lesson may be cancelled.
   
• Failure to confirm a lesson may be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
   

• A minimum of 5 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
   
• If the required notice is not provided, a late cancellation fee of $60 per hour booked will apply.
   
• If a learner fails to attend a scheduled lesson without notice, a no-show fee of $60 per hour booked will apply.
   
• All cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another lesson can be booked.
   
• If a learner cancels lessons without reasonable excuse more than three (3) times, all future lessons will be required to be prepaid.
   
• If a learner records a no-show, all future lessons will be required to be prepaid, in addition to payment of the applicable no-show fee.
   

• In the event of an accident during a lesson, the learner or their parent/guardian is responsible for payment of the insurance excess or the full cost of repairs, whichever applies.
   
• If the vehicle is damaged during a lesson, the learner or their parent/guardian agrees to pay the insurance excess or repair costs, regardless of fault.
   

• The driving school reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a lesson if the learner fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if safety is compromised.
   
• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply.
